ROLE
UI/Motion Designer, Animator and VFX Artist
Airport BillionAir Idle Tycoon was the first game I worked on after joining Rogue Harbour Game Studio. This game was one of the main reasons I wanted to join the company originally, as I loved just how fun and colourful the art direction was, both in its interface and in its world and characters.

I worked on live-ops updates to the game, which had a balanced mix of new UI features as well iterating on previous versions of the existing interface to allow for even more content to be added to the game. In the galleries below, you'll find a collection of screenshots and videos that showcase the UI and motion designs that can be found in the game.

I worked with Felipe de Almeida on this game and I am forever grateful for his support and guidance on this project!

UI ANIMATIONS
In addition to static mockups, many animated pre-vis assets were also developed, that would later be recreated in Unity. Below are a few examples of both pre-vis and in-game UI animations and sequences from the game:
LTE Colour PaletteS
One of the main features of BillionAir were regularly scheduled Limited Time Events that would allow players to compete against each other in a variety of theme airports. The UI system that was created for the game was intentionally designed to be easily recolourable, allowing us to have a variety of theme-specific colour palettes while these LTEs were active.
